- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Sunnydaze outdoor products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Composters & Rain Barrels (potential contamination)
- Insect & Pest Control products (chemical safety regulations)
- Grow Kits (live product restrictions)
- Flowers & Plants (perishable nature)
Custom or special order items may also be non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process

- Other returns: Customer pays return shipping (we recommend trackable service)

Exchanges
- Replacement ships after we receive your return
